Professor Kym Jarvis is named as a top inventor by the Government Today Innovate UK announced the names of the 15 top women inventors who will share £750,000 of government funding. Innovate UK, the government's innovation agency, is seeking to redress the disproportion in the number of female applicants in their competitions, through a package of business support and a £50,000 individual grant to develop their innovations.
